Gareth is licensed by the Insolvency Practitioners Association to provide advice and services for all formal insolvency matters, including business liquidation, administrations, company voluntary arrangement (CVA), CVLs, MVLs, individual voluntary arrangements (IVA) and bankruptcy.

PAUL

Paul began his career in Insolvency and Corporate Recovery initially working in HMRC’s Debt Management Unit after graduating from University with a degree in Law,  before moving to other roles within the business rescue and recovery profession.

Having had the opportunity to deal with all types of insolvency over the last 27 years, Paul gained a wide experience of both corporate and personal working in several local and national practices across Yorkshire and the Midlands. His experience with the Royal Bank of Scotland and in working with larger corporate businesses has given him a unique and valuable perspective, having seen insolvency from both the creditors and practitioners’ viewpoints.

Paul  manages the creditor services clients assisting the clients with their insolvency claims, enhancing dividends where he can, whilst  allowing the client to focus on more profitable accounts. The process is supported by Restart BTi’s bespoke insolvency management too, Divisi which  provides the client with proactive monitoring and reporting on their claims.

On a personal level Paul enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, hiking, archery, mountain biking and he leads a local scout section in South Yorkshire.
